ZKCoord terms

Scope

These terms describe the conditions under which the ZKCoord interface and any future $ZKCOORD distribution may be used. They apply to this website and to anything reached through it that is operated by the project.

They do not apply to third-party wallets, explorers, exchanges, or any other service you reach by following a link away from this site. Those carry their own terms, and you should read them.

Status

This is placeholder wording. No token has been distributed, no contract address has been published, and nothing here has been reviewed by counsel. Treat every clause below as a structural draft rather than a binding agreement.

Intended function

The token exists to make the network's security assumptions enforceable. It is not offered as an investment, it carries no claim on revenue or assets, and it does not represent equity in any entity.

No guarantee of value

Nothing in this document is a promise that the token will have, retain, or increase in value. Any price you see anywhere is set by third parties the project does not control.

Restrictions

You may not use this interface, or take part in any distribution, if doing so would break the law where you are. In particular you should not proceed if you are:

• named on an applicable sanctions or restricted-party list
• resident in, or acting from, a jurisdiction where participation is prohibited
• acting on behalf of someone who would themselves be ineligible
• below the age of majority where you live

Your responsibility

Working out which of the above applies to you is your job, not the project's. The interface performs no eligibility check and should not be read as confirming that you are permitted to proceed.

You hold the keys

Connecting a wallet grants this page permission to read your address and to ask your wallet to sign or send transactions on Robinhood Chain. It never grants access to your keys, and the project cannot move funds on your behalf.

A lost seed phrase cannot be recovered by anyone, including the project. An approved transaction cannot be reversed by anyone, including the project.

Verify before signing

Check the network, the contract address and the amount in your wallet's own confirmation screen before approving anything. Addresses displayed on a web page can be wrong, stale, or substituted.

Software risk

Cryptographic protocols contain bugs. Threshold schemes depend on assumptions about how many participants are honest, and those assumptions can fail. An audit reduces risk; it does not remove it.

Network risk

Robinhood Chain may halt, reorganise, fork, or change its fee behaviour. Outcomes that depend on a transaction landing in a particular block may not resolve as expected.

Total loss

You should be prepared for the possibility that anything you commit is unrecoverable. Do not commit more than you can afford to lose outright.

No backend

This build is a static export. There is no server behind it, no account system, and no form that transmits anything. Where a field appears to accept input, it validates locally and says so.

Revisions

These terms may be replaced at any time without individual notice. The version published here is the one that applies.

Getting in touch

The project has no support desk. Public questions go to https://x.com/zkcoordxyz; that account is the only channel the project posts from.
